Product Delivery Manager / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery planning and coordination in partnership with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Implementation Consultants
  




• Support backlog refinement and continuous clarification of requirements to enable efficient execution by development teams
  




• Work closely with business, clinical, and operational stakeholders to gather, structure, and document delivery\-ready requirements
  




• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user stories
  




• Manage scope and change by assessing impact, highlighting trade\-offs, and supporting informed decision\-making
  




• Act as a primary point of contact for delivery\-related communication, providing regular updates on progress, risks, timelines, and dependencies
  




• Maintain clear, up\-to\-date product and delivery documentation as a single source of truth
  




• Coordinate release communications, product updates, and delivery information across the organisation
  




• Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners or vendors
  




• Align requirements, timelines, and responsibilities across multiple teams, locations, and partners
  




• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and product definition practices
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Delivery Manager, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a digital or software product environment
  
  


• Strong delivery and coordination skills, including planning timelines, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
  
  


• Solid experience gathering, analysing, and documenting complex requirements
  
  


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations in complex environments
  
  


• Experience working with product backlogs, delivery roadmaps, and documentation
  
  


• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, scope changes, and competing priorities
  
  


• Structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on delivery outcomes
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, EMR, or other regulated environments
  




• Exposure to multi\-module platforms, APIs, or integrated digital ecosystems
  




• Experience working with distributed, international teams
