About the Role:
We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join the mission-critical Menu Middleware team for one of our premier Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) clients. This platform is the digital heartbeat of the organization, running on AWS and ensuring seamless data flow across Kiosks, Delivery platforms, Digital Menu Boards, and POS systems.
You will navigate complex cloud infrastructure, partner with developers on high-impact releases, and ensure that every new menu innovation or Limited Time Offering (LTO) launches without a hitch. If you have a proactive mindset and a passion for troubleshooting in high-scale environments, this is where you can make a tangible impact.
