Overview:
SprintRay is a leader in digital dentistry and 3D printing innovation. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician I to support the production of advanced dental resins at our Los Angeles facility.

In this hands-on role, you will help manufacture, mix, compound, mill, and package our 3D printing resins, working closely with other Production team members. Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, mix, compound, mill, and package SprintRay resins


• Collaborate with other resin Production team members 


• Prepare and manage raw material and resin inventory


• Follow lab procedures for mixing, measuring, and quality control


• Scale up new formulations for full production


• Lift, move, and handle materials for production activities


• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safety and efficiency


• Record and report production data and process information


• Ensure products meet material quality standards, including usability and reliability


• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Prior experience in manufacturing, chemistry labs, or materials handling preferred


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures


• Ability to lift and move production materials safely


• Basic understanding of lab safety protocols


• Reliable, collaborative, team player, and eager to learn


• Familiarity with inventory tracking or record-keeping is a plus
