Job Description - Professional Handyman - By The Job

Hiring independent contractor (1099) to do various home repair and remodel jobs. Multi-skilled professionals or single trade tradesman who can deliver consistent top quality results and excellent customer services.

Work and paid by the job (1099). Paid weekly. Very competitive pay.

House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company. We do a wide range of jobs from small repairs to full remodels, from commercial maintenance to build outs. Our jobs are in St Charles County, West County, St Louis County and nearby areas.

This position is for highly organized and customer centric independent contractor who have a passion for delivering outstanding results.

Well skilled in various home repair, maintenance, and renovations.

Can run jobs from start to finish with minimum supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completing handyman and home improvement projects that BEST FITS YOUR SKILLSET, i.e. various repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, to bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels, etc. Exterior work available also, deck, fence, etc.

Organizing and managing equipment and material required to complete daily tasks

Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service

Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of hands-on multi-skilled experience in residential construction, home repair and remodel industry.

Specialized trades such as plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing and siding are welcome.

Own work vehicle, tools & equipment to complete jobs you take on.

Insurance required (general liability and workers comp).

Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems.

Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

A strong work ethic and highly dependable

Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), and handling tools

Valid Driver's license is required

Compensation: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month

House Doctors is a professional handyman service company specializing in both home repairs and full remodel jobs in St Charles county and West County areas.

We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on variety of home repair and full remodel projects such as carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, small siding repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.
