Job Overview

The Program Director plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing programs that support  individuals with behavioral health conditions. This leadership position requires a blend of  administrative skills, program development expertise, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for participants. The Program Director will work closely with staff,

stakeholders,  and community partners to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with relevant  regulations. 

Scope of work 

• Recruitment of clients and staff 


• Develop, implement, and oversee programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals.


• Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service  delivery. 


• Manage program budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.


• Create and foster strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to  enhance program visibility and support. 


• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based  on feedback and outcomes. 


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to behavioral health services. 


• Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in  social work and relationship management. 


• Maintain accurate administrative records related to program activities, participant progress, and staff performance. 


• Market the program. 

What we are looking for

• Fully Licensed Clinician


• Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with participants, families, and  community partners. 


• Experience in social work or a related field is highly desirable. 


• Proven ability in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.


• Expertise in program development and management within the behavioral health sector.


• Proficient in budgeting processes to maintain financial accountability within programs.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Knowledge of working with individuals with behavioral health conditions is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and  effectively.

• We offer a competitive compensation.


• Stipend insurance for $100 per pay check.


• This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Note: Salaries may be adjusted for part-time roles or adjusted based on location-specific cost of living.
