We're seeking a Program Manager - in Philadelphia to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the Talent & Inclusion Program for our life sciences practice. This is a 6-month contract position that requires you to be located in the Philly/Basking Ridge/New Jersey area, as onsite presence is essential for this project.

YOU WILL:

• Manage the complex Talent Roadmap rollout, including a technology assessment, to ensure the HR transformation initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business value.
• Integrate quickly with the existing teams and processes to maintain continuity with Change Management leadership and operations.
• Collaborate closely with the HR and Talent teams to drive the successful implementation of the Talent & Inclusion Program.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Experience with HR and Talent system and process transformations.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and their application in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
