Rate: Depends on experience

Position Overview:
Project is part of the New York HBITS initiative enhancing critical Unemployment Insurance systems. Work involves production support and SOA development within IBM's SOA stack environment.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop J2EE modules, support financial system integrations, lead architectural design, mentor junior staff, orchestrate workflows, develop using WPS/BPM, perform database design and SQL development, and support SDLC documentation and testing.

Qualifications:

5+ years designing JEE applications using SCA, EJB, SOAP/REST
2+ years Agile experience with SOA systems
2+ years JSF and JavaScript
5+ years using Eclipse/IBM RAD/IID
5+ years with UML, service models, software design tools
2+ years with IBM ESD tools (e.g., BPEL, BPM, WID)
5+ years SQL development (Oracle/DB2, PL/SQL)
