Position Type: Temporary Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Cason Estates Apartments | 1650 Cason Ln, Murfreesboro, TN 37128

Reports To: IT Manager

Duration: Approximately 1-5 weeks. Duration is solely dependent upon completion of network installation project.

Compensation: $15-$17/hour depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Access Assistant to assist with a temporary infrastructure installation project at our apartment communities. This role is essential to ensuring smooth vendor access, monitoring work being performed, and timely communication back to management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide vendors with access to apartment homes and community facilities as they install network infrastructure.


2. Walk units and common areas throughout the day to monitor vendor progress.


3. Ensure vendor work is being carried out according to expectations and report any issues or delays.


4. Serve as an on-site liaison between vendors and the IT Manager.


5. Document daily activities, progress updates, and potential concerns in a daily recap report.


6. Communicate promptly with the IT Manager regarding any issues, delays, or resident-related matters.


7. Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.


2. Ability to walk units, stairs, and community grounds frequently throughout the day.


3. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.


4. Customer service attitude and ability to positively interact with others.


5. Basic computer skills. (Will they need to do anything in a system) If not, I can remove.


6. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Must be fluent in English.


7. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
