Project Communications Manager

 Seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager with at least 10 years of experience to lead and execute strategic communications for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, expertise in graphic design for PowerPoint presentations, and the ability to craft compelling messaging that aligns with organizational goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
• Create high-quality written content, including reports, speeches, and presentations.
• Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for executive briefings and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage corporate messaging across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective communication
• Maintain confidentiality and security protocols in all communications
• Other duties as assigned

• A bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design tools (Adobe Suite preferred).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working with government agencies or defense-related industries is a plus.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
• Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
