Project Management Analyst

The Project Management Analyst (Facility Support) will support PMS 339 in the management and execution of modernization for Navy Classrooms and Laboratories in support of STAVE, RRL, and as directed, Fleet Training Requirements. This position provides direct support to NAVSEA PMS 339 and Navy Training Stakeholders for the modernization of Navy training spaces located in CONUS and OCONUS. The analyst will utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities in facilities design to support collaborative interaction with Naval Facilities, Architectural and Engineering Firms (A&Es), and Trade Engineers, develop initial classroom and laboratory layouts and designs, and work in industrial environments and construction areas while following OSHA procedures for safety compliance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Support the management and execution of modernization for Navy Classrooms and Laboratories

• Provide direct support to NAVSEA PMS 339

• Support collaborative interaction with Naval Facilities, Architectural & Engineering Firms (A&E) and Trade Engineers

• Develop initial classroom and laboratories layout and design utilizing Vizio or Bluebeam design software

• Enter and work in industrial environment in support of facility renovations

• Follow OSHA procedures for entering and working in industrial areas

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in any Discipline OR 15 Years of Relevant Experience

Experience: 10+ years professional experience

Required Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project and Blue Beam

Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or construction field

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• 12+ years professional experience in construction

• Knowledge in Military Construction
