Project Manager I - CDx Pharma Services

Our client, a world
leader in life sciences and biotech industry, is looking for a “Project
Manager I - CDx Pharma Services" based out of Tucson, AZ.

Job Duration: Long
Term Contract (Possibility of further extension)

Pay Rate : $40/hr on W2

Experience with
clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone
achievement is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree
preferred.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manages multiple small
improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business -related
initiatives from initiation through completion.

·       Manages execution of
cross -functional plans and tracks progress of activities.

·       Facilitates
cross -functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the
deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.

·       Tracks, maintains, and
communicates project reports to stakeholders.

·       Responsible for data
integrity of resource trackers and capacity charts, and ensuring their projects
are in alignment with project management best practices.

·       Manages the CAPEX
budget.

·       Updates and maintains
dashboards.

·       Oversees and guides
day -to -day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.

·       Implements/pulls in
best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous
improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.

·       Responsible for the
management of assays transferring to Penzberg.
