Job Description 
 

• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard surveying techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications 

• Plan, scheduled conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of the surveying work in a part of a major project or a total project of moderate scope 

• Perform work that involves conventional surveying practice but may include a variety of complex features 

• Direct conversations with clients at the beginning, during, and end of projects 

• Capable of supervising or coordinating the work of surveyors, technicians, and others who assist in specific assignments 

• Seal professional surveying documents 

• Other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements 
 

• Surveying and Mapping experience in the areas of land development, site development 

• Strong Computer Skills, working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
