Project-Based Personal Assistant (Psychiatric Nursing Background Preferred)

Location: Virginia or Washington, D.C.

Type: Short-Term / Project-Based (Estimated 12 Months)

Compensation: Competitive / Above Market Rate

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant with a nursing backgroundpreferably in

psychiatryto support a family through a mental health care journey. This is a project-based role,

expected to last around 1 to 2 months, with a strong compensation package for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate top psychiatric treatment centers in Virginia or Washington, D.C.

- Visit centers in person and help the family assess and select the most suitable option

- Coordinate and support outpatient visits and follow-up care

- Assist in scheduling, transport, and communication between care providers and family members

- Provide on-the-ground support with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

Ideal Candidate:

- Based in Virginia or Washington, D.C.

- Nursing background required, psychiatric or mental health experience highly preferred

- Able to drive and comfortable traveling between care centers and homes

- Well-organized, emotionally intelligent, and experienced in sensitive family or healthcare settings

- Trustworthy, compassionate, and discreet
