Position Purpose: 

Property Maintenance Temp. performs lawn care, landscape, maintenance, and other assigned projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns with riding      lawnmowers or manual mowers.
• Trim weeds and bushes and edge      lawns using a variety of machines.
• Perform landscaping projects.

· Perform routine maintenance duties.

• Prune trees and shrubs.
• General Property maintenance.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred or students currently in high school. 

· Previous experience in property maintenance preferred.

Conditions of Employment:

Requirements

Position involves prolonged sitting, stooping, standing, bending, lifting, or carrying over 50 pounds on a daily basis. Work is generally performed outdoors in all weather conditions and temperatures.
