This position involves providing comprehensive psychological services to support the mental well-being of our clients. The ideal candidate will work closely limited license physiologists providing a program for employees to gain hours and knowledge.  They will work with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.


• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.


• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.


• Stay current with advancements in psychological research and best practices.


• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited institution.


• Licensed Psychologist or eligibility for licensure in the state of Michigan.


• Experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
