Quadient Engineer (Onsite – Multiple Locations)

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the medical/dental industry. This is a Longterm contract with potential for extension. It is an Onsite role with multiple locations: Alpharetta, GA, Oakland, CA or San Francisco, CA.

*This is a strictly onsite role — remote or hybrid options are not available.

*Candidates who are US Citizens, Green Card holders eligible to work on W2 ONLY.

Position Summary:

Looking to fill an onsite Quadient Engineer role and seeking strong candidates who are open to working from one of the following client locations, listed in order of priority:

1. Alpharetta, GA (1st Priority)


2. Oakland, CA (2nd Priority)


3. San Francisco, CA (3rd Priority)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Quadient Inspire templates and solutions.


• Implement Java integrations with Quadient Inspire for backend workflows.


• Create and manage XML, XSLT, and HTML for document generation.


• Optimize performance and ensure system scalability.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business requirements.


• Troubleshoot and debug applications and templates.

Required Experience/Skills/Education:

• Strong experience in Java (J2EE, Spring) – MUST.


• Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire or similar CCM platforms (MUST).


• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and HTML.


• Knowledge of SQL and Web Services (REST/SOAP).


• Healthcare Domain Experience.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Other Job Specifications:

• Employment Type: W2 only. NO C2C, NO 1099.


• Contracting Period: Longterm contract with potential extensions.

• Job Location: Onsite Role (1- Alpharetta, GA, 2- Oakland, CA or 3- San Francisco, CA).

• Contract Rate: Up to $40/hr. on W2.


• Interview Process: Phone/Video Interviews (L1+HR+Client).
