Job Description - Quality Assurance Executive (Credit Review Team)

PalmPay is a pan-African fintech company currently operating in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania and expanding to Bangladesh market. We are reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills, and shop online.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and tests on products, processes, or services to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from set requirements.
Recommend and assist in implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.
Analyze quality-related data to identify trends and root causes of problems.
Maintain detailed and accurate quality control records and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement and improve quality standards.
Monitor and follow up on the effectiveness of quality improvement actions.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 1 years of experience in quality control or assurance preferred (especially in fintech, tech, or service industries).

Additional Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of quality tools is an advantage.
