What you will get to do:
- Support Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and process improvement to ensure consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
- Analyze quality reports and defective products to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives to address quality issues, ensure effective corrective actions are implemented, and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
- Participate in health risk assessments as part of risk management activities related to products and processes.

- Experience and competence with PPAP, defect trend analysis, non-conforming parts management, and health risk assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of process control, process improvement, and inspection methodologies.
- Experience reviewing product and process changes and interpreting test reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Engineering required.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering, production support, or a related field.
- Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or quality engineering environment.
