Quality System Specialist

For Quality services in the Manufacturing area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and at least two (2) years of previous exposure to Quality Systems activities within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Computer software validation and systems integration and customization.
  • SAP
  • GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Provide technical support to the introduction to new products under EDHR (SAP)  system platform.
• Provide Technical Support and mentoring on the resolution related to EDHR (SAP) issues on operational areas.
• Provide training and mentoring to analysts and resources executing resolution to day to day business issues and maintenance of EDHR elements.
• Leads and participates in quality system improvement initiatives.
• Determines root causes of quality issues related EDHR and develops corrective action and recommendations.
• Assists department in implementing new procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Assists and support external/internal audits as EDHR (SAP) SME.
• Supports EDHR improvements evaluating new systems and programs for integration of quality elements such BOM’s, routing, Master Data among others that support the DHR record and configurations that facilitates current documentation process.
• Support improvements to Document Control Center SAP processes and serves a back up to SAP transactions activities.
• Provides support on activities, documents, and records requiring Quality review as deemed necessary.
• Liaise with Operations, Quality & Engineering to ensure consistent alignment, implementation, and rollout of processes and procedures.
