Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking RN Home Health for a 13-week travel/contract position in NKC, MO. We are accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Position Details:

Position Name: Registered Nurse Home Health

Contract Length: 13 weeks contract

Pay Rate: $2200 TO $2240 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40 hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments

Unit: Home Health

Shifts available: Days

Position Requirements:

• RN experience: 1 - 2 years - Required
  


• Recent/Current Home Health RN experience: 1 year within the last 3 years – Required
  


• OASIS experience - Required
  


• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience – Highly preferred
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• RN License for the state applying or Compact if accepted - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide Nursing Care for Home Health Patients
  


• Assess, Monitor, and chart observations of the patient's condition at each visit
  


• Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs
  


• Administer Physician-prescribed medication
  


• Collaborate with Physician and Medical Staff for Patient care and administration.
  


• Attend IDT Team meetings
  


• Complete charting and reporting promptly
  


• Territory:  NKC and surrounding areas
