Rumbling Bald Real Estate has a tremendous opportunity for experienced real estate agents to join our team.  Our new onsite office is located inside the gate next to all the amenities.  Agents will be uniquely positioned to welcome potential buyers who are interested in Rumbling Bald and the Lake Lure area.  And our office will provide sellers the distinct advantage of listing with onsite Agents for the marketing of their homes and land.  With excellent training and support from an award-winning Broker In Charge, a fantastic location, and superior marketing, Rumbling Bald Real Estate is a fantastic opportunity for Agents who want to excel in real estate.

Essential job duties:  

• Show properties and work with buyers. 
• Market properties and work with sellers. 
• Research local real estate market.
• Answer phones for new business.
• Determine appropriate home and land prices.
• Identify key selling points.
• Negotiate contracts.
• Add homes to MLS and other sites.
• Remain current with continued training and education.

Requirements

•  Active real estate license required.
• Must be 18 years old and have valid driver's license. 
• Two years’ real estate experience preferred and must be well versed in real estate law and rules.
• Qualified candidates will understand the customer’s needs and goals, have excellent people and problem solving skills plus the ability to work independently and the motivation to meet sales goals.
