Our client, a world
leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Real
Estate Analyst" based out of South San Francisco,
CA(Hybrid).

Pay Rate : $60/hr on W2

We are seeking a Real
Estate Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the
Real Estate Strategy (RES) team. This role focuses on transaction
coordination, lease compliance, and portfolio management, ensuring smooth
execution of real estate activities and efficient day -to -day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support
  end -to -end real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and
  dispositions.
  
• Coordinate
  with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders
  (brokers, landlords, tenants) to ensure timely execution.
  
• Manage
  lease documentation, compliance, and key dates (renewals, expirations).
  
• Maintain
  accurate data, records, and project trackers for real estate portfolio
  activities.
  
• Assist
  with rent and payment processing and related financial coordination.
  
• Support
  property and facilities coordination and office operations.
  
• Ensure
  proper documentation, filing, and adherence to compliance requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent
  experience).
  
• 5–10
  years of experience in real estate, administrative, legal, or finance
  roles.
  
• Strong
  organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  
• Experience
  with lease management systems (e.g., Lease Harbor, MyBuy) preferred.
  
• Ability
  to work in cross -functional, matrixed environments.
