Champions School of Real Estate is seeking experienced real estate professionals with an instructional background to teach real estate courses at our Austin, TX campus location. This position requires the instructor to lecture and review the required course curriculum with students, help build knowledge of course materials, assess the overall class performance through homework and exams, follow required course guidelines, and manage classroom activities.

• 5+ years of real estate experience (required)
• Minimum of 2+ years experience teaching or instruction (required)
• Outstanding public speaking and presentation skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities 
• Experience with curriculum and assessment
• Experience using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles to maintain a positive learning environment
• Superior active listening skills
• Classroom management experience
• Incorporate technology and online resources to enhance learning experience
• Ability to foster a supportive classroom environment for adult learners
• Adaptability and flexible to change
• Ability to engage, motivate, encourage, and support students to achieve career goals
• Dependable and punctual

Compensation: Hourly based on experience
