Job Type: Part-Time Contractor
Schedule: Saturdays only (6–7 week seasons)
Location: Locations vary by season within Utah County

This role is ideal for students, coaches, former athletes, or anyone looking for a fulfilling and flexible weekend job.

Schedule & Season Commitment:

This is a part-time, Saturdays-only opportunity

Seasons typically run for 6–7 consecutive weekends

Full availability for every Saturday during the season is required

Partial-season availability will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Officiate youth flag football games using i9 Sports rules and age-appropriate formats

Foster a positive, fun, and inclusive atmosphere focused on sportsmanship and skill development

Set up and break down field equipment before and after games

Manage game time, down markers, and ensure safety and fairness on the field

Support volunteer coaches by answering questions and guiding basic instruction

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in football (as a player, coach, or official)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable and punctual with a professional and positive attitude

Comfortable working independently in an outdoor setting

Own a smartphone with internet access

Must pass a National Criminal Background Check

Reliable transportation to and from game-day sites throughout Utah County

This Position is Ideal For:

This is a one-day-per-week commitment with games played only on Saturdays. If you’re enthusiastic, dependable, and available for the full season, we’d love to have you on our i9 Sports team.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
