Starting Pay: $15.00/hour
Job Type: Part-Time Contractor
Schedule: Saturdays only (6–7 week seasons)
Location: Varies by season within Utah County

i9 Sports is hiring Soccer Referees to officiate weekend youth games in a fun, no-pressure environment. This is a great opportunity for students, athletes, or anyone looking for a flexible side hustle with a positive impact.

Schedule & Season Commitment:

Part-time, Saturdays only

Seasons typically last 6–7 consecutive weeks

Applicants must be available all Saturdays during the full season

Partial availability will not be considered

Key Responsibilities:

Officiate youth soccer games using i9 Sports rules and guidelines

Promote fair play, sportsmanship, and safety

Set up and take down field equipment before and after games

Support volunteer coaches and guide basic gameplay when needed

Manage game time and communicate clearly with players and parents

Requirements:

At least 2 years of soccer experience (as a player, coach, or official)

Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude

Able to work independently in a fast-paced, outdoor setting

Smartphone with internet access

Must pass a National Criminal Background Check

Reliable transportation to various Utah County field locations

This Position is Ideal For:

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
