Recruiter

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with the HR Service Center on pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience in full cycle high-volume hourly hiring.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

• Duration: 3 months w/potential for extension based on business demands
• Schedule: 8 hours daily, 40 hours a week
• Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
• Work Location: 13235 Reese Blvd W, Huntersville, NC 28078
