Registered Nurse

Description of the role:

RN needed in Belleville, Michigan and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.


• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.


• Document patient information accurately and timely.


• Educate patients and their families on health management and maintenance.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.


• 1 year of experience in home health (required)
  


• 1 year of experience with Kinnser charting software


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrated knowledge of current nursing practices and procedures.
