Pay Rate: Range $1984 to $2052 Weekly Gross Pay based on a 36\-hour work week (Includes Non\-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shifts available: Nights
Shift timings: 12 Hours; Nights, 7p\-7.30a
Schedule: 36 hours/week guaranteed, 3 shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays
Position Requirements:
- Registered Nurse: 1+ years \- Required
- Critical Care Nursing experience: Current 1+ years â Required
- Travel experience \- Highly preferred
- Cerner experience \- Highly preferred
Education, License and Certification Requirements:
- ASN or an equivalent â Required
- BSN or an equivalent â Highly preferred
- RN License for State of MI \- Required
- BLS, ACLS Certifications from AHA \- Required
Job Description:
- Provides and directs nursing care and evaluates outcomes in CCU units or similar.
- Demonstrates Clear oral expression; oral comprehension includes listening to and understanding others; speaking clearly such that others understand.
- Demonstrates deductive and inductive reasoning skills; ability to write clearly; use of technology such as EMR
- Demonstrates selective attention â able to concentrate for protracted periods; time sharing â able to shift back and forth successfully between two or more activities
- Manages IV tubing, syringes, and other equipment
- Demonstrates information ordering skills â patterns of numbers, pictures, words and mathematical operations including medication calculation.
- Demonstrates ability to work with diverse patient and staff populations with sensitivity to cultural and spiritual influences impacting patient care.
- Efficiently manages time with minimal supervision.
- Critical Care Unit: 12 beds
- Nurse to patient ratio: 4:1 / 2:1 (Depending on acuity of the patients)
