What you will be doing:

• Change the lives of our patients/residents and enjoy the rewards of knowing your patients/residents and their families as a Registered Nurse - RN.


• Provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses, enhancing knowledge and skills in different areas.


• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.


• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and continually evaluate outcomes.


• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.


• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.


• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Experience you will need:

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.


• CPR Certification is required.
