Registered Nurse Home Care

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Home Care to provide exceptional nursing care to patients in their homes in Taylor, MI and surrounding areas. This role involves assessing patient health, developing care plans, and delivering personalized nursing services to promote health, manage illness, and enhance the quality of life for our clients. Compensation ranges from $65 to $100 per visit.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.


• Conduct patient assessments, monitor health status, and document care provided.


• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patient needs.


• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and prevention strategies.


• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Previous home care or community health nursing experience preferred.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• CPR certification required.
