University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Livonia, MI and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will deliver personalized care in the comfort of patients’ homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.


• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medication management, and self-care techniques.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.


• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.


• Provide support and guidance to patients to promote recovery and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience in home health nursing or related healthcare settings preferred.


• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a homecare environment.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within Livonia and surrounding areas.


• CPR certification and current immunizations as required.
