Registered Nurse Home Care Kinnser Experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and healthcare protocols.


• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely using Kinnser software.


• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.


• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.


• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and agency policies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience with Kinnser software preferred.


• Prior home care nursing experience is highly desirable.


• Strong assessment and clinical skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Reliable transportation to travel within Westland and surrounding areas.
