University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Home Health to provide exceptional care to patients in Monroe, MI, and the surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care in patients' homes, promoting health, wellness, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to treatment plans.


• Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.


• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.


• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care management.


• Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations.


• Ensure adherence to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Prior home health or community nursing experience preferred.


• Strong clinical and assessment skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to visit patients within Monroe and surrounding areas.
