University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide home health care services in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment.


• Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.


• Document patient care accurately and timely.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.


• Experience in home health nursing preferred.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• Reliable transportation to travel within Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
