Registered Nurse - Long Term Acute Care (ICU experience) - Missouri

Espirita is offering an exciting role at a leading healthcare facility in Missouri, known for its advanced medical services and commitment to quality care. Successful candidates will join the core staff of a nationally recognized hospital dedicated to comprehensive healthcare for all ages.

About the Role

This state-of-the-art Long-Term Care facility enables ICU nurses to maintain exceptional patient care standards while expanding their skills. Working with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, nurses, and auxiliary staff, they support patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert care in a long-term acute setting


• Manage a 1:5 patient ratio, ensuring effective treatment


• Assist physicians in illness management


• Oversee rehabilitation and medication administration


• Collaborate on complex cases, including ventilator liberation, neurological disorders, and post-trauma recovery

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing (BSN) 


• NCLEX-RN Exam has been successfully passed


• English Proficiency Certificate (or native speaker)


• 24 months recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting 


• Ability/willingness to relocate for a minimum of 2 years
