Role Overview

Long-Term Acute Care Registered Nurses will deliver extended, high‑acuity care for patients with serious medical conditions requiring prolonged hospitalization. Working alongside interdisciplinary teams, nurses will manage complex treatment plans and support patient stabilization and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and manage advanced clinical equipment


• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes


• Develop and implement individualized care plans


• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately


• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)


• NCLEX-RN passed or in progress


• Minimum of 24 months of recent acute-care experience, ideally in LTAC or similar high‑acuity settings


• English language proficiency


• Willingness to relocate to Michigan for a minimum of three years

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $38–$40 USD, based on experience
