Job Summary:  

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation 

• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team 

• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation 

• Act as an advocate for patient safety. 

• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. 

• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay. 

Job Requirements: 

• 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience.

• IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED HOWEVER, THEY WOULD BE OPEN FOR LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED) 

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required 

• Current BLS required 

• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire 

• BSN is preferred
