Registered Nurse (Medical/Surgical)

As a Medical/Surgical RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting recovery, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  


• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams
  


• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  


• Support post-operative care and patient recovery
  


• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
  


• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
  


• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and hospital policies
  

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  


• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  


• At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience (preferred)
  


• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  


• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
