Join Wisestaff as an RN in NMCP’s outpatient network. Located in the heart of coastal Hampton Roads, NMCP offers a collaborative academic environment just minutes from Virginia Beach, historic downtown Norfolk, and weekend getaways to the Outer Banks—enjoy sun-belt weather and an affordable cost of living while serving military families. Openings include Internal Medicine, Family Practice, OB/GYN, Behavioral Health, and Surgical Specialty clinics. Schedules are Monday–Friday, 0700–1900; no nights or weekends.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document in MHS GENESIS/AHLTA.
• Assist providers with exams, minor procedures, and treatments; administer ordered medications.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, preventive health, and discharge instructions.
• Recognize and respond to emergent conditions; operate defibrillators, EKG machines, and crash carts.
• Coordinate labs, imaging, referrals, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Unrestricted RN license from ANY U.S. jurisdiction.
• BLS (AHA); ACLS preferred for surgical clinics.
• Minimum 1 year of full-time RN experience within the past 3 years (specialty-specific preferred).
• Must be able to pass a government background check and health screening.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
