LTC LPN/RN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. Must have BCLS and an Active WI LPN/RN license.

Requirements:
• Active WI LPN/RN License
• 2+ Years’ Experience
• DHHS Background
• BCLS
• National/State/County Background
• 10 Panel Drug Screen
• 2 Step TB, Hep B, MMRs, Tdap, Varicella
