Registered Nurse (RN) Delegation & Clinical Oversight (Contract)

About the Role

Community Connection Programs, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight for clients receiving home and community-based services.

This is not a bedside or shift-based role. The position focuses on assessments, delegation, and caregiver training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and annual RN assessments


• Determine if clients are appropriate for delegation


• Authorize medication administration and non-complex tasks


• Train and evaluate caregivers (DSWs)


• Review medication lists and physician orders


• Provide clinical guidance to staff as needed

Requirements

• Active Louisiana RN license


• 2+ years nursing experience preferred


• Strong clinical judgment


• Reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently


• Willingness to maintain professional liability insurance
