Ship with Speed: Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Antigravity etc.) to build and deploy features faster than traditional workflows allow.
Tool Evangelism: Stay ahead of the curve. If a new AI tool drops on Tuesday, we want you to tell us how to use it by Wednesday.

What We’re Looking For
AI-Native Mindset: You are a "power user" of LLMs and understand exactly how to get the most out of them.
Logical & Analytical Thinking: You can break down complex product requirements into clear, step-by-step agentic workflows and verifiable technical sequences.
Technical Foundation: You have a solid technical education. You understand the "how" and "why" behind the systems you build.
The "Builder" Itch: You love building. Whether it’s a side project, a bot, or a complex script, you deliver—and you aren’t married to one specific language.
