Associate - Operations (Night Shift)

About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be able to work during night shift with changes in work hour and work days. Please check the details below for full details:

Working Hours: 11 PM to 8 AM.

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Subject to change from time to time)

Work Mode: Work from Home

What you'll do?

• Build and update restaurant menus in the portal, including pricing, item edits, and new menus.


• Create menus from scratch as per guidelines while ensuring accuracy and quality.


• Meet daily targets, handle ad-hoc tasks, and maintain full attendance.


• Handle client calls to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
  

Who can apply?

• Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline.


• Functional/Technical skills: Good online research skills, basic knowledge on Google Sheets or MS Excel.


• Behavioral Competencies & Aspects: Disciplined and organized, Good attention to details, Quick learner, Positive attitude.


• English Proficiency: Excellent in speaking and writing ability.


• Ability to adapt to changes: The candidate must be able to adapt with minor changes in work hours and major changes in work days. Sometimes work during weekends will be there (subject to overtime payment).
