NOW HIRING: Certified Interpreters & Translators (On-Site, Telephonic & Video)
Support U.S. Military Medical Facilities – Multiple Languages Needed

SOS Personnel, a nationwide staffing agency, is seeking qualified, professional interpreters and translators to provide language services for a federal government contract at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) and surrounding clinics in the DC/Northern VA area.

Languages Needed Include (but are not limited to):

Spanish, Arabic, French, German, Italian

Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Hindi, Dari

Pashto, Amharic, Tagalog, Swahili, Vietnamese

ASL, Pidgin Signed English (PSE)

Roles Available:

Telephonic Interpretation (24/7 availability a plus)

On-site Spoken Language Interpretation

American & Foreign Sign Language (ASL, PSE)

Video Remote Interpretation

Document Translation (Common & Exotic Languages)

Requirements:

Certification from RID, NAD, or state-recognized body (required for ASL/sign)

Proficiency level III or higher (per government standards)

Prior experience in healthcare or government settings preferred

Must pass background check and sign NDA

Ability to work independently, professionally, and maintain confidentiality

Shifts:

Flexible scheduling

On-call, part-time, and full-time roles

On-site assignments during standard clinic hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)

24/7 Telephonic & Video interpretation access preferred

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on language, service type, and experience.
