Key Skills:
ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred).
Hands-on experience with Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence.
Strong knowledge of CMDB, integrations (APIs, MID Servers), and ITIL processes.
Ability to configure ITOM modules, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM implementation.
