Position Summary 

Blackbird Clinical Services is looking to hire an Licensed Social Work (LSW) Therapist Pennsylvania, Contract to join our growing team. This on-site role in Exton, PA will work with our Behavioral Health team to deliver high quality direct care to patients and their families. Our ideal candidate has experience and a passion for working with children, adolescents and young adults. This role supports our patients' needs for afterschool, evening and weekend direct care, virtual, telehealth therapy sessions.

• Skilled and experienced in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care


• Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems and other virtual platforms


• Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes


• Possess outstanding communication and documentation skills


• Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed

How you’ll make an impact: 

• Lead individual therapy sessions to youth ages 2-26


• Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support


• Collaborate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families


• Maintain thorough patient records and documentation

The basics you’ll need:

• Independently licensed as a LSW in Pennsylvania


• Possess (1) one year of experience working with children and adolescent patients


• Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet


• Commit to a minimum of 5 hour commitment during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends
