Contract LMS Administrator (Degreed Expertise Required) Open to US-based Candidates Only

Infopro Learning has a full-time contract opportunity for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support one of our clients for an initial 6-month period, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Degreed (LXP) and proficiency in managing LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors (preferred), SumTotal, or CSOD.

Location: Remote, open to US-based candidates only

Utilization: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Degreed to build Learning Plans, Learning Pathways, and personalized content

• Manage learning data within the Learning Management System (LMS)

• Create and administer courses, curricula, assignments, assessments, and quizzes

• Generate reports to track learning progress and engagement

• Leverage the full functionality of the LMS to enhance the learning experience

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Degreed (LXP) – this is a must-have

• Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred), SumTotal, or CSOD

• Detail-oriented with excellent data management and reporting skills

• Ability to optimize learning workflows and improve the user experience
