ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for positions WAITER for COSTA CRUISES!

Waiter provides an excellent Guest experience delivering food and beverage in the Main Dining Room or Specialty Restaurants, taking care of Guests and following the service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assures that assigned tables in the Dining Room (26 guests per seating) are arranged as per manual, supervising and controlling the mise-en-place.
  
• Guides the Guest through the use of menu , takes the order electronically and serves food and beverage to the assigned stations (26 guests per seating) during the service periods in order to provide a timely and excellent service.
• Pays attention to assigned tables (26 guests per seating) in order to assure that food and beverage (i.e. bread, butter, water, wine) are always available to Guests.
• During the service supervises that tables are maintained clean and tidy, following the sequence provided by the manual.
• Assigned for breakfast, lunch & dinner service to the buffet duties if necessary.
• Is responsible to monitor together with the F&B attendant the serving time during the sittings.
• When needed at the Buffet area provides refilling, cleaning and loading of the assigned station and carries the materials for maintaining the standard of service.
• Provides professional, speedy and courteous service to the Guest and gives information related to services/areas and during embarkation day accompanies Guests to assigned table.
• Takes active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture. Is a dynamic contributor in following safety policy and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years old
• Good level of English and Russian
• Knowledge of any additional European language is an advantage ( Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)
• At least 2 years experience in Restaurant in similar or higher positions.
• Previous ship experience is an advantage.
• Good administrative skills.
• Work with international team members.
• Tattoos are allowed (except offensive and facial)
