Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market plays for new crypto services, product integrations, and commercial packages.
- Partnership Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with exchanges, projects, and affiliates to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with SEO, Product, Brand, and BI teams to ensure a unified strategy across the crypto vertical.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor macro trends and competitor benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and refine our competitive positioning.
- Strategic Communication: Represent the company at events and in negotiations with professional discretion, ensuring internal strategy is protected while external relationships flourish.
- Performance Analysis: Provide data-driven insights on revenue impact and campaign efficacy to guide leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Crypto Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Crypto, Web3, or Blockchain, specifically within performance media or business development.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in revenue-driven roles with the ability to design pricing and positioning strategies.
- Agility & Judgment: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage sensitive information in a fast-paced environment.
- Operational Excellence: Strong ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while translating complex data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent commercial instincts with experience in BD, partnerships, or revenue-driven roles.
