Role: Duck Creek Technical Lead – Policy

Location: Los Angeles, CA/Irvine, CA/San Diego, CA/San Francisco, CA/San Jose, CA/Palo Alto, CA/San Mateo, CA/Roseville (Sacramento), CA/Westlake Village, CA/Redwood City / Redwood Shores, CA/La Jolla, CA/Ontario, CA/Newport Beach, CA   - Remote for a week

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

•    Lead full lifecycle implementations for Duck Creek Policy, ensuring effective configuration, development, integration, and testing

•    Develop and support solutions utilizing Duck Creek tools such as Express, Author, Transact, Forms, and Server

•    Provide technical leadership for Property & Casualty (P&C) billing processes, including payments, commissions, invoicing, and collections

•    Ensure compliance with Duck Creek Conformant standards and implement necessary remediation guidelines

•    Support enterprise reporting initiatives by leveraging Duck Creek Insights, Extract Mapper, and Power BI

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in Duck Creek tools are a plus.

•    5-10+ years of experience working with Duck Creek Policy Administration System

•    Proficient in Duck Creek tools including Express (v3+), Theme Maker, Author, Server, Transact, Forms, and User Admin

•    Hands-on experience with Duck Creek versions v6.x, v7.x, and v8.x

•    Familiarity with Duck Creek Insights, Extract Mapper, and Power BI; experience with AMI and Anywhere is preferred
